Propelled Car

Electric Multiple Unit (EMU)

The Electric Multiple Unit (EMU), or Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL), is a self-propelled train that uses electricity as its main power source and operates on the Yogyakarta-Solo route. The KRL does not require a separate locomotive, as the electric traction motors are integrated into one or more of the train cars.

This train is equipped with the latest technology in propulsion and control systems, enabling efficient and safe operation on electrified rail lines. The KFW EMU features a modern design with an ergonomic interior to enhance passenger comfort during the journey. Comfortable seating, an optimal air conditioning system, and spacious interiors make it an ideal choice for urban and intercity transportation.
